Because we had an upcoming home inspection, we needed someone fast, and he came out the very next day. Our irrigation system was a mess. Leaking, cracked sprinkler heads, and one that had basically turned into a fountain. Carlos walked all four zones with me, explained exactly what was wrong, what he needed to do to fix it, and how long it would take. No guessing, no upselling, just straight, honest information. He was polite, courteous, and incredibly efficient. His pricing was extremely reasonable for the quality of work he did, and he knocked it out fast without cutting any corners.
